Now for the heavy housework!  I have gone through the boat room by room, moving furniture, taking down doors and cleaning the @#%*!! louvers with a knife and microfiber, finding creatures hiding in corners and bleaching the ever-present mildew that blooms on every dark surface here in the tropics.  I want to get it all done before Ole gets home next week, so even though the place will be full of tools and projects, it will be clean underneath.

Hooray for the North Carolina and Pennsylvania Primaries!!!  I realized last weekend that I have a serious problem -- I've become a political junkie, watching MSNBC online every night  and checking with Huffington Post and dailykos  every few hours to follow the Democratic race.  I knew I was in serious trouble when I watched the Guam primaries all day long last Saturday...jeebus, I have to get out more!

Not a good night to stay up until 2:00 a.m., with Ole coming home tomorrow, but hey.  Politics is crack.

Ole got home today with 3 months worth of mail and paler skin than he's had in awhile...Finland is not good for that healthy sun-kissed glow!  Had a few people over for cocktails and snackies to welcome him home, and a good time was had by all!  Now for the fun of ritual territory claiming and remarking.  We'll have to do everyting quickly, as he's leaving for Rome in just a couple of weeks to join the Independence of the Seas as Chief Engineer!
